The Presidium is a collegial governing body of the Association. The presidium of the 8-member is elected for four years by an open vote of the members' meeting:

1. promptly makes decisions between meetings of members, which become binding for all members of the association;

2. submits proposals to the members' meeting on all matters within the competence of the association;

3. approves the administrative structure of the association.
